[FEATURE REQUEST] Cringe as a reason to downvote

Description of feature: There are many reasons why someone would like to downvote a post, and I know all downvotes are not equal. The "Not for me" is less disruptive for post than "offensive/spam", So, there could also be another reason "Cringe" to downvote, There are many low quality posts, which, even though dev related are too cringe. downvoting it as "offensive/spam" would be slightly more and downvoting as "Not for me" would be slightly less. Repost is not suitable reason either. So, just a moderate "Cringe" would be enough for most of such posts.
