Context

Adds support for non-rectangular AOIs

Investigation

AOI Table already supports arbitrary polygons
Inference Websocket Messages already support arbitrary polygons

Closes: developmentseed/pearl-frontend#21

It appears as though the entire backend codebase support irregular AOIs. This is likely just a matter of the front-end submitting them.
