Exclude java-vertx 1.4.0 from odo3 nightly run

Issue Description

After the implementation of java-vertx version 1.4.0 the nightly run check of odov3 is failing. Until now all previous java-vertx versions were excluded from this check (see here).

Might be good to investigate any potential workaround for the issue or following the current fix and exclude 1.4.0 from the check to avoid having a daily failure of the run.

Acceptance Criteria

• The odo3 nightly run is now fixed and runs successfully.
