Modify the CacheableNavigation_Rebuild task with an optional parameter that deletes all cacheable jobs from the QueuedJobDescriptor table. This can be seen to be an interim measure until something similar is implemented for the QueuedJobs module ala symbiote/silverstripe-queuedjobs#44.
