PasswordArchivable with time period

I would like to use PasswordArchivable with a date time range instead of a count.
e.g. I am not allowed to use my old passwords within last 3 months.
Is that something you would like to add to this repo?
I could create a PR.

Would you like to add it to PasswordArchivable or should I create a new model?

Seems like useful functionality and I do think it would fall into PasswordArchiveable's responsibilities.
