getAge() Should take a date parameter #1

In some cases it's necessary to get the age of a person at a specific date. getAge() should support this by taking a date string as a parameter.

Default value could be "today" so it works the same as it does now.
The value you could be a date Y-m-d, and the age would be counted to that date.
