Since we want to make the separation between devspace and devspace-cloud more clear, it makes sense to move the devspace component chart repository from charts.devspace.cloud to charts.devspace.sh.

However, we still have to test if this would cause issues with helm deployments, since the repository of the chart is now essentially different.
