[Feature Request] Connection state listener #52

It would be greate to have a listener for wifi connection state :)
States: Enabled / Disabled / Connected / Disconnected, ...

We use NetInfo for monitoring the network.

I used that way already.
It would be nice if these event can be handled within the plugin api :)
