Deployments not flowing into Lens DB

Describe the bug
Deployment metrics is not showing up latest deployments. Also the results shown are not matching with what gets showed up on Deployment history tab.

To Reproduce

1. Deploy any app to an environment marked as prod env.
2. Check if deployment is successful/failed
3. Go to deployment metrics tab and see if the deployment is listed in the table in the respective date range, application and environment
4. Many of the times, the latest deployment doesn't get showed up in the deployment metrics page.

Expected behaviour

All deployments should get showed up on deployment metrics

Current behaviour

Latest deployments are not getting showed up on deployment metrics page. Some other older deployments are also not getting listed. This needs to be investigated on why they are missing

There was issue with lens pod. Upon bouncing it, things started working fine. There is another fix that is coming in with #1873. That should take care of not requiring to bounce any consumer pod in case nats box has been bounced before.
