Pre/Post-cd task not getting deleted, if all task are deleted in one go.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create a pipeline with pre-cd and post-cd tasks.
2. delete all the tasks in one go.
3. click on update pipeline button.
4. click on stage again and check the tasks.

👍 Expected behavior

All tasks should be deleted.

👎 Actual Behavior

Tasks not getting deleted.
