while adding prometheus endpoint from cluster and environment page, orchestrator is throwing nil pointer if grafana_url is not specified in orchestrator configmap.

Add prometheus endpoint in cluster details.

👍 Expected behavior

It should add the endpoint in the cluster

👎 Actual Behavior

It is throwing 502 bad gateway error
