Bug: linked ci is not working

The issue with the linked CI pipeline, even though there is an auto-build trigger for the new image in the parent pipeline it works fine and deployment is successfully initiated, but the updated image is not getting reflected in the child pipeline.

All the linked pipelines are currently non-functional, causing a production block.

please check an existing ci-pipeline, not a new one, and try to deploy
