Bug: CD stage trigger is not working for external CI

📜 Description

CD stage (PRE and POST) is breaking for external CI pipelines.

👟 Reproduction steps

1: make a simple flow of webhook .
2: after that add a pre-cd task and trigger pre-cd

👍 Expected behavior

It should trigger PRE and POST cd stages successfully

👎 Actual Behavior

An error would come, but the pre-cd status will be go in starting in the UI. And we can't abort that also.
