Bug: wrong image showed while switching in pre and post build stage

📜 Description

1. user update image in post deploy
2. image got save successfully
3. in normal reload the old image is showned
4. in hard reload the updated image appears

when user switch between configuration of pre and post build the image didn't get changed
like nginx image of post build will get replaced by any other image pf pre build if we switch from pre to post directly/.
