Having an upgrader attached to a version in dexie declaration prohibits the system from working.
This is based on customer reports only so far, and no repro is yet created.

Updated docs in https://dexie.org/cloud/docs/best-practices about avoiding upgrade(), navigatging users in how migrations can be avoided.
