Item drop handler issue & World crashing on login after dropping and restarting the server

So here's 2 issues in 1 video, the first one being that the item dropped seems to only be detected as the item if your inventory is open. And the second being that when I drop an item on the floor and restart the server, I can't log on anymore. I have to delete the world seems to be a world data issue
