Server crashes when you put a new world

I downloaded a new world and I tried to put it into my server. It loads and everything but when I try to join the server it crashes and gives me this.

Could you send your world so we could have a look for ourselves?

e2c5fd9 should print an error instead of crashing for the broken sub chunks and load chunks that are correct, but otherwise the convertor used here is not working properly and is the cause of this issue.
