Expand/collapse for pivots

@dfarache, Sorry about this but this is more an enhancement request. Pivot tables in Qlik September '17 release have a default expand/collapse feature, but that doesn't appear in this extension. Is that default behavior or is this extension not yet compatible with September '17 release?

@ashishxs I am afraid I'm a bit outdated and will need to check this new feature. Will do some research today to make an estimate of how long it'd take to bring this into the extension.

EDIT: I see what you mean now. Unfortunately the extensions API does not show how to add this option to the object. I will ask in the community and see if we can come up with something
