Transparency not working on Windows #18

Describe the bug
Any tile/overlay with transparancy in it is rendering the transparent pixels fully black

To Reproduce
This is on Windows 10 Pro 22H2; bug does not appear on Linux (installed from snap)

Download ZIP from https://github.com/dheid/micropolis/releases/download/v2.0.0/micropolis-2.0.0.zip
Unzip
Install Microsoft version of Java - https://aka.ms/download-jdk/microsoft-jdk-21.0.1-windows-x64.msi
Execute .bat file
