[Feature Request] Ability to customize different center decoration for each date/time item

Right now, the center widget of the datetime picker spans the full width of the picker, covering all date and time items:

This uniform decoration may not suit all design preferences and limits customization options for individual date/time items like this:

It would be valuable to introduce a feature that allows for customizable center area decoration for each date/time child item. This could include different styles, colors, or other design elements customized to each item.
