Provide flatpak package for Linux

Provide a flatpak package on the Flathub repository.

User benefits

• Easy download and installation on basically all Linux computers
• Good Integration with the DE
• Download from app stores/no terminal needed

Developer benefits

• Only one packaging format necessary for Linux
• Whatever other benefits flatpak has compared to other packaging formats on Linux

Btw, I have already successfully created a flatpak for OSC-DL. And it seems to work fine. But I am no expert on flatpak, just as a heads up.

You should probably read this. So you know everything about publishing on Flathub.
TL;DR: you need to fork the flathub git repo and then make a pull request with the flatpak manifest. The reason you need to do this is so that you get access to the repo containing the manifest later.
