extruder not extruding in a very specific situation

I have a super weird and specific issue, but it is super repeatable. The thing is that if I print the following print on diabase 52, after the second layer it stops rotating extruder 5. The pre-extruder is still rotating as normal.

If I switch extruder 5 and extruder 2, the issue does not occur.
