Splitting this out from issue 20.

There should be a tutorial about how to get involved as a contributor (i.e. how to get up and running with darcs, how to build and test, coding standards, procedure for submitting patches, etc.)

I was working on this a bit and realized it would be really nice to have a little tool/script people could use to check out all the relevant darcs repos for doing diagrams hacking...
