Too much noise in messages window when Natlink fails to initialize

Too much text is printed to the messages window when Natlink fails to find (or create?) a natlink.ini file. I discovered this while testing PR dictation-toolbox/natlink#129. I would like to suggest that the detailed instructions printed into the messages window be replaced by an hyper-link to a documentation page, either local or on-line. Alternatively, the code responsible for this could open in Notepad a local file containing instructions.
