Revamp the FAQs page

Couple of approaches:

• Use slate page editors for editing directly on the page. Would also require a UI for adding and/or deleting questions/answers.
• Store all FAQs in a JSON file somewhere and just edit that when a change needs to be made.

We need to determine how we want to group the questions.
