Work that Cecilia will do this week

Hi! I just wanted to post an issue to show you what I'll be working on this week:

• Calculate mean Brenner focus measure value
• Test the mean Brenner focus measure value on multiple images
• Plot the Brenner focus measure in the same way as the team has decided
• Determine if Brenner's focus measure is better than flipping a coin to determine perceived image quality
• Rewrite my part of the report to include relevant resources - this has been started
• Check that all my references are used and referred to correctly

Update: It seems like Brenner's focus measure does a good job when the images aren't too different, but otherwise the plot is strange. I can't wait to see what everybody else has been able to do with their parts of the project. See you on Saturday - and happy Easter!
