Class books are not listed as priorities (or no Prio) on loot rolls (without PM).

Most likely because they are not BoP?

I am not sure if this is still the case with the option to set loot to rare.

Currently, I don't find the time to do AQ20 much, so I can't really check. Can someone let me know if this is still an issue?
