Figure out whether OIDs from pg_type_d are backwards compatible #10

Header catalog/pg_type_d.h contains OIDs for basic types. We use this to identify types such as any, int4, text, and so on.

If this is incompatible across versions then we need to dynamically fetch these from pg_type.
