  1. carry around resampled data and list resamples
  2. plot data on chosen resample
  3. automatically scale data, for example to a point or to a maximum. e.g., mo.scale_to(do.on_tth, xvalue=52)
  4. extend (3) with an offset e.g., mo.scale_to(do.on_tth, xvalue=52).plus(5)
