Wordpress Redirect

Currently blog post are written on Wordpress. Previously they were written directly in this Repo, using Jekyll and Markdown. All the blog post written using Jekyll were copy and pasted into wordpress.

When a user is directed to the blog posts in jekyll, we need to redirect them to the wordpress site.

Currently the blog post written in Jekyll and Wordpress have the same slug at the end of the URL. When a user is directed to digital-democracy.org/blog/{blog-post-name}, we need to redirect the user to wp.digital-democracy.org/{blog-post-name}
