Sandbox error when selecting a Referral: ReferralDetails does not have fields Set(referralId)

Following the README, when the Radiologist opens the Referrals, clicks on John Doe, the Sandbox console shows (the terminal running the launchers/sandbox...) this exception:

See obsidiansystems#83. Do you know what might be causing this? I thought the typescript would prevent missing field issues, or is this something else?
