I couldn't find any other contact avenue here, but I just wanted to drop y'all a note to say very sincerely: thank you for building this.

I found your tool in a StackOverflow answer. I have a small TypeScript library that usually gets compiled and added to a different project. It has plenty of Jest tests that execute its code. But sometimes I just want to play around with a spike branch, and running ts-node and ts-node-esm was such a nightmare. I just wanted a simple way to run a .ts file locally to see what happens. This is exactly what I needed.

Go ahead and close out this issue, I just wanted to express my gratitude. You saved me hours of maintaining finicky config.
