Stuck on initialising profile

Have used droid for over a year now on a regular basis and now I can't get it to start profiling the folders I select. The bottom right status bar keeps saying Initialising profile after I start Droid. I can add the folder and files I want to run Droid on, click start, but then nothing seems to happen.

Using the following: Droid v6.01, Java 7 update 17, Windows 7 SP1 32-bit
