Maximized over regionborders

Hello,

I have programs (e.g. FileZilla, GIMP) which open beyond the borders of the regions (across screens) when maximized.
Is this a bug or is there a solution for this?

Version: 2.2.1
Windows 11

The green line is the region. The windows with the red X is overlapped from screen 1 and 2. Screen 1 (left) has only one region.
