Wrap very long slugs in form

Describe the Bug

When the slug is too long, the icons (edit and copy) stand outside of the form box and cannot be clicked. This is problematic becuase users cannot click the edit icon to call scroll&edit functionality, which was introduced by #1552.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Give a page or its parent page a very long name
2. See the icons are outside of the form box and you cannot click them.
   ( Zoom-in by cntr & + can help you to make them stand outside the box)

Expected Behavior

The link is wrapped and the edit and copy icons stand inside the box.

Actual Behavior

The link is not well wrapped, the edit and copy icons stand outside the boy anc cannot be clicked.
