Describe the Bug

When the latest target version of an XLIFF export is only minor, the currently_in_translation status is not shown correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create minor translation version
  2. Create XLIFF export into that target language
  3. See incorrect icon

Expected Behavior

The clock icon should be shown

Actual Behavior

The "outdated" icon is shown
