Motivation

Sometimes municipalities do not realise that they still have pages in draft status. We want them to notice it.

Proposed Solution

Add a new category in the to do board at the end showing how many pages are still in draft status
Title: Seiten im Entwurf (linked to filtered page tree, filtered by status draft)
Text: Die Seite xxx liegt nur im Entwurf vor. Nutzer:innen können die Inhalte nicht sehen. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, die Seite zu veröffentlichen, sobald diese fertig ist. (Link "Zur Seite" should link to editor for that page)

And maybe use this icon: https://lucide.dev/icons/notepad-text-dashed
The icon is up for debate though :)

Alternatives

Include empty pages in outdated pages - but sometimes municipalities leave them in draft for even over a year, which is why it won't be helpful. A new category enables them to separate the two issues.

User Story

As a user of the CMS I want to be reminded upon log-in of the pages I still have in draft status in order not to forget about them.
