Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This module doesn't check for proper syntax in its oidc_bindings contents.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should add validation rules and provide useful error messages if a configuration is incorrect.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leaving the footguns in place.
