Startup Errors 1.12, 1.12.1

I get a startup error when I use Spawn Detector with forge mods. It doesn't seem to happen in vanilla minecraft.

This is in version 1.12 and 1.12.1 at least. Those are the versions that I've had trouble with.

I have finally narrowed it down to Lapis Stays in the Enchanting Table mod.

I have Spawn Detector, Liteloader, and Lapis Stays in the Enchanting Table loaded under Forge. Here is my log, I hope it helps. I can bring it over to that mod page as well.
