When running the EC-Setup-Seclog.sh installation script, the SECLZ-StackSetExecutionRole fails to install properly due to a self reference bug introduced on the release 1.5.7

Fix involves installing the Stack with the implementation prior to that release and then update that stack with the added feature implemented on the 1.5.7 release as depiced on issue #190
