Generating based on local schema file instead of URL #46

We have a local graphql schema file generated from the server code.
I would prefer not having to spin up a server instance as part of our CI build, and
just point graphqelm at the generated schema file.

I already tried graphqelm file:///path/api.graphql

But alas not that lucky.
