Clicking quote tweets link now opens a new tab instead of opening in the column.

As it says on the tin, before the issues that occurred yesterday, when clicking on a tweet that was quoted and had a link in it to said tweet, it used to open up in the column itself.

However now it will always open up a new tab to the tweet that's being clicked on instead of opening up right in the column.
