Hi there! Thanks for the great tool.
I was trying to follow the ReadMe to create the conda environment, and I received the following error:
ResolvePackageNotFound: - binutils_linux-64==2.31.1=h6176602_3 - r-jsonlite==1.6=r351h96ca727_1000 - r-nnet==7.3_12=r351h96ca727_1002 - zstd==1.4.4=h3b9ef0a_1 - r-mclust==5.4.3=r351h9bbef5b_0 - r-scales==1.0.0=r351h29659fb_1001 - libpng==1.6.37=hed695b0_0 - r-nlme==3.1_139=r351h9bbef5b_0 - r-plyr==1.8.4=r351h29659fb_1002 - r-dplyr==0.8.0.1=r351h29659fb_1000 - ...
I've truncated the output, but there are about 160 packages under this error.
Do you know how I can resolve these packages?
Or, alternatively, can I get a list of the dependencies as a requirements.txt file for a virtualenv?
Thank you!
