When unicast.uncensoreddns.org, bob does not fallback to 8.8.8.8

Currently, unicast.uncensoreddns.org does not work for osau.re (and many others domains like facebook.com):

$ dig +tls +tcp +short osau.re @unicast.uncensoreddns.org
$

However, bob defines, as a default, a second nameserver (the Google's one 8.8.8.8) and it seems that if the first does not work (timeout), we don't use the second.
