Support for desktop / non-WASM targets?

Is dioxus-helmet supposed to support all the targets that dioxus does?

Hi,
it's only for targeting web at the moment.

I tried having a cross-target version using the use_eval() hook instead of web_sys/js_sys, but (with Dioxus 0.2.4) there were still some problems with it.

But I'll adjust the main branch to the newest Dioxus changes (probably) this weekend and can give it another try then.

Update 14.02.2023:
The last time I tried updating it to Dioxus 0.3, it didn't work out well, as the drop implementation wasn't triggered anymore. And I only found some "ugly" solutions.
I will give this another try in some time, pretty busy with my work atm.
