Dipy equivalent to https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FLIRT_BBR ? It uses WM tissue segmentation from the T1w to improve the fit of a linear registration across modalities. Although it was originally intended for EPI->T1w transformation, I've found it to be even more beneficial for mapping between dwi and T1w, particularly when the anisotropic power map is used.
