The linked code is not working, the current releases didn't containing the reffered line.
Can you please post a working method to print the hex via secretsdump?

You could use impacket from my fork and the plaintext-machine2 branch while the PR in impacket is open: https://github.com/dirkjanm/impacket/tree/plaintext-machine2

Impacket PR is now merged, so latest impacket from master does this automatically

@dirkjanm Can you share an example output for this.
I have the latest version of impacket. I am unable to get the hex encoded machine password in the output. Is there a switch i need to mention?
