Todos:

enable verbose build mode (default)
set DISCOPOP_VERBOSE to false by default
add DISCOPOP_VERBOSE environment variable to toggle verbose output in case of a verbose build

Reason for the additional build mode: Decreased profiling overhead due to less condition checks
