[BUG] Tranfering a ticket updates the channel topic but not the opening message

Current Behavior

The opening message is not edited and still shows the original creator's username.

Expected Behavior

Edit the message to change the username.

I'm going to close this because

1. It's more complicated than [BUG] /transfer doesn't edit channel name #470 and [BUG] /transfer doesn't update cached member limit counters #468
2. I think it makes sense to keep the existing messages unchanged, to reduce confusion about who made the ticket and also because the original creator is who the opening message is meant for.
