Changes made

• Correctly translated the title of ticket:working_hours, it was previously "we're not functioning" instead of "we're not working".
• Fixed description of ticket:references_message, it was previously the plural of "reference" (was being used as object) instead of the verb "references".
• Fixed description of ticket:created, "ticket" was plural, changed it to singular.
• Correctly translated misc:missing_roles, it was previously "insufficient functions" instead of "insufficient roles". The translation used now is the official Discord translation for "roles".
• Fixed verbs in log:ticket, simple present tense was being used instead of simple past tense. Fixed the order of verb and user.
• Fixed verbs in log:message, it was being used as masculine instead of feminine. Fixed the order of verb and user.
• Fixed verbs in log:admin and the order of target/verb/user in the description.
• Fixed the transcript command name in dm:closed.
